Get Your Pink On! North Hawaii Community Hospital's annual Girl's Night Out will be Friday, October 14, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm at Kanu o ka Aina New Century Public Charter School, 64-1043 Hi'iaka St., Kamuela, HI (turn onto Kalamalu St at the Waimea Police Station).
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and NHCH does our part to keep the women in our community healthy, happy and informed.
This event is open to the public and offers women the opportunity to have a FUN & FREE night out to paint the the town Pink!
Summer will be demonstrating Thought Field Therapy, a technique she uses frequently to transform hurtful thoughts and sabotaging memories into hope, strength and wisdom. Participants will learn a simple self care routine for stress, and receive a handout detailing the routine so they can use it at home.
Summer is available to speak on a variety of topics, including "Listening to Your Body's Secret Wisdom", "Transformative Acceptance: Using Acceptance to find Strength, Power and Wisdom", or "Tapping for Stress Relief".
